Guan’s Mee Pok is an innovative yet traditional take on the classic Singapore Mee Pok with the introduction of ni-Tamago egg (Japanese half-boiled egg with a semi-solid yolk) and yakitori chicken skewers into their bowls of noodles. Widely-famed as one of the best Mee Pok in Singapore, the stall has also been covered by famous food bloggers. Also popular are Guan’s fish maw soup, homemade fish dumplings, and prawn patties.
Having moved from Maxwell to Food Republic @ VivoCity, Capitol and Westgate, Guan’s Mee Pok’s latest branch is at Wisma Food Republic. Head down today for a Japanese-styled twist to the usual Mee Pok.
