Their 4th outlet thus far, The Hong House Beef Noodle stall continues to tenaciously guard their family recipe, which is strictly adhered to at every stall. The soup is boiled with 10 Asian herbs for six hours, while the beef is carefully marinated to give a tender bite. To add oomph to the springy noodles and succulent beef slices, gobble up the dish with a specially blended chilli sauce and chinchalok (fermented small shrimps).
