Miso Japanese

You are here: Food » Miso Japanese

Of Korean descent, Japanese Miso owner, Mike, started his own F&B company Baek Doo San, in Singapore more than 10 years ago. Under the big umbrella now lies 20 Korean stalls and nine Japanese stalls located at food courts island-wide. In 2008, Mike and his friend, Chef Ah Han, decided to venture into offering Japanese cuisine and as they say, the rest is history.

Opening their 10th outlet at Food Republic Parkway Parade, what makes Japanese Miso special and stand out is that they use apple in place of sugar to make their Teriyaki sauce and steam their chicken instead of frying it to ensure the meal is as healthy as possible. Besides, Japanese Miso offers a wide range of fish and chicken bento sets, omelette rice, noodles and appetisers such as soft shell crabs and gyozas which will make you go ‘Oishii!’ for sure!

Signature dishes:  Teriyaki Chicken and Salmon Bento, Saba Set, Oyako Don (Chicken Ball Rice)
