Food Republic Mandai Wildlife Reserve

Food Republic at Mandai Wildlife Reserve is a thematic experience that transports diners back to the streets of hawker culture in the 1970s, with subtle details that recall the early days of Singapore Zoo. The space also features life-sized facades of three-storey shophouses, complete with 1970s signage and realistic recreations that evoke the sights and atmosphere of that era.
Spanning 15,800 sq ft, the 600-seater venue (400 indoors and 200 outdoors) includes several areas that pay homage to the old Mandai Kampong. Diners can relive the “good old days” through nostalgic movie posters and interactive photo spots such as a durian cart, bird’s nest cart, and more.
With over 20 carefully curated stalls, this medley of top heritage hawker favourites, legacy recipes, and well-loved local brands not only appeals to both locals and tourists alike but also brings Singapore’s vibrant street food nostalgia to life.
